What Happens on a
Peaceful Simple Retreat Day

There are so many possibilities. Walk around the property, read, pray, nap - whatever you need to draw closer to God. Here are a few things to know:

• Possible verses to read and pray through will be on the kitchen table.

• Booklet of possible prayer ideas.

• I’ll be around if you’d like to talk about anything during your time here.

• Snacks in the kitchen. 

• Drinks on the bar.

• Feel free to make hot tea or coffee. 

• Some may want to maintain silence so please be considerate of what others are doing.

• Chairs on the back porch or under the deck. You may move them around the property.

• Our property border stops at the tree line on the other side of the pasture fence. Please don’t go in the pasture but walk around wherever else you would like.

• There is a pool on the property. Feel free to dip your feet in if it's open!

• TV trays in the kitchen area if you would like to use them on the property.

• Some items you may want to use are on the kitchen table.

• Bedrooms upstairs are available. Please shut the door when you’re in a room so others know it’s occupied. Feel free to nap!

• Bathrooms are off the den and upstairs on both sides of the house.

• Anywhere downstairs except the master bedroom is available as well.
